Our first companywide summit brought together nearly 100 team members from coast to coast. Held at our corporate office in Charlottesville, Virginia, we shared best practices, lessons learned, and valuable industry insights, encouraging each other to continue to “think outside the medical outpatient box.” Delving into our purpose to pursue better healthcare through real estate solutions, company goals, vision, and core values, the summit offered a unique opportunity for team members to gain a deeper understanding of the different platforms, how our cross-collaboration drives an integrated, efficient, and successful approach to healthcare facilities, and time to relax and build meaningful connections with colleagues.
