In healthcare real estate, it’s the little things that make a difference and as we support the mission and operations of each of our tenants with a clean and safe workplace, patient care is also a priority for our asset and property management team. Focused on timely and effective communication, our knowledgeable property managers help set a positive tone for the physicians and staff and a welcoming experience for patients and visitors to the facility.
If one thing can set Anchor apart, it is our personal relationships with our tenants. We are on-site at each of our facilities on a weekly or bi-weekly basis where we meet with our practice providers and managers. Knowing our tenants personally builds trust and enables us to communicate more effectively with them by tailoring our communication style to suit their preferences and proactively anticipating their needs. Additionally, by streamlining repair updates and notices through our online work order system, we maintain clear and consistent communication so that our tenants know the request has been received and expectations are set for completion.
With an ownership mentality, our dedicated team understands that behind each work request or emergency call, there are patients who depend on a functional building to receive care. We put ourselves in our tenants’ shoes and respond with the sense of urgency needed for healthcare facilities. Alongside our property managers, our building engineers are highly trained professionals who know each building inside and out. Together, they ensure the building is operational – from automatic doors and ADA buttons to elevators and lighting while creating a calming environment for patients – from comfortable furniture and temperature control to manicured landscaping and soothing artwork; and everything in-between.
